— Bereavement Support
Support Through Grief and Beyond
Losing a loved one is one of life's most difficult experiences. Our bereavement program provides grief counseling, support groups, and resources to help families heal — for up to 13 months after loss.
— Our Commitment
We're Here Long After the Loss
Our care doesn't end with the passing of a patient. We continue to support families through the grief process with professional bereavement services. Our trained counselors provide individual and group support, helping family members work through their grief at their own pace. Bereavement services are provided at no cost as part of the hospice benefit, available to all family members for up to 13 months following the death of their loved one.
